Let Us Cater Your Next Event!

In addition to our delicious barbecue and fajita plates, we also offer Poorboy, carne guisada, vegetarian options, appetizers, and desserts. During the holiday season, we also offer turkey and sliced ham dinners with all the trimmings.

Our Catering Service includes professional personnel to serve your guests cafeteria style for one to one and a half hours, disposable plates, cups, picnic packs (fork, knife, salt, pepper, toothpick and napkin), ice, sweetener and sugar packets.

Please note that due to high volume and demand for Thanksgiving meals, we are NOT available for catering during the dates of Nov. 18-23, 2023. However, we can arrange for you to pick up at your local Bill Miller restaurant.

The minimum we cater for is 50 guest or 150 if the event is on a Saturday. If your plate count is less than the minimum, please contact the Catering Department directly at 210-302-1500 to discuss your options.

Due to national staffing issues, booking at your highest anticipated guest count is recommended. Plate Count Increases are subject to availibility.
