In addition to our delicious barbecue and fajita plates, we also offer Poorboy, carne guisada, vegetarian options, appetizers, and desserts. During the holiday season, we also offer turkey and sliced ham dinners with all the trimmings.

Our Catering Service includes professional personnel to serve your guests cafeteria style for one to one and a half hours, disposable plates, cups, picnic packs (fork, knife, salt, pepper, toothpick and napkin), ice, sweetener and sugar packets.

Please note that during the holiday season, plate count minimums and availability may vary.

The minimum we cater for is 50 guests or 150 if the event is on a Saturday. If your plate count is less than the minimum, please contact the Catering Department directly at 210-302-1500 to discuss your options.

By providing us with the city of where your event is being held we will be able to determine if your catered event will incur travel charges.

Catering Services Include:

Personnel to serve your guests cafeteria style for 1 to 1 ½ hours, disposable plates, picnic packs (fork, knife, salt & pepper, toothpick, and napkin), 20 oz cups, ice, sweetener & sugar.

Upon reservation of date:

A signed contract must be returned, $100.00 deposit for a Saturday event must be made within 14 days of reserving, no deposit is required for a non-Saturday event, final payment and guest count is due 10 days prior to your event.
